Fun With the Reavis and Engles Families

My mom, dad, sister, brother, brother-in-law, niece, and nephew came to visit and stay with us for 3 nights. We grilled steaks for dinner Saturday night and then the guys went to play Top Golf. We took the kids out to our neighborhood pool after dinner.  Cannon missed out on the fun because he fell asleep at 6:45 since he didn't nap that afternoon.

Sweet Carson

Campbell and Aiden have so much fun together.

On Sunday, we went to eat breakfast in downtown Mckinney at The Pantry. Then the guys left to play golf.  Mom, Lauren, and I took the kids to the mall and Mimi treated the kids to some new clothes. Some highlights of the shopping trip were Aiden picking out an "interesting" outfit from the girls department, Cannon throwing an embarrassing fit because he wanted to wear the clothes he had picked out out of the store, but he did NOT want the tags taken off, and watching the ice skaters. We had pizza  at home that night, and everyone went out to the pool after dinner.

On Monday, we made a trip to Ikea and had lunch at In-N-Out.
We are those people that take pictures in In-N-Out.

After lunch, we went bowling. Everyone was having a great time, until Cannon started asking to go home. Kevin was going to take him home while everyone else stayed to finish bowling. Cannon wanted to leave, but did NOT want to take off his bowling shoes!! (Are we noticing a trend here?) Kevin and I had to double team him and take off his shoes and get him out of the bowling alley while he was throwing a terrible fit.

Campbell and Aiden on a bumpy ride.

Monday night we ate at Gloria's for Lauren's 30th birthday dinner.

Notice Cannon in the background making silly faces in the mirror.

Happy Birthday sweet sister!!

After dinner, we hung out outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather while the kids played in the fountains.

We finished off the night with birthday cake at home!
