A special part of the Holiday Bowl festivities each year is is the Big Bay Balloon Parade. It is held the day before the game, right on the bay downtown. We had to go check it out and had a great time.
The OSU and Oregon bands and cheerleaders were part of the parade.

There were two big boats sailing around the bay flying the OSU and Oregon team flags.
